疊環的安裝以及保管方法

密封疊環在我們的工作中起著很大的作用，那么在使用時如何安裝，剩下的又如何保存呢。
1. 不要損傷密封件
    密封件的密封性能依賴于軸或孔相匹配的內、外徑尺寸,因而需要在搬運、安裝、保管過程中給予特別的保護,必須小心以確保這些密封環不過于拉伸、變形,一旦受損往往會給密封部位留下很大隱患。
2. 不可強行安裝
    密封環是安放在槽中,需要緊配安裝,安裝時不可粗糙、野蠻,強行裝入勢必破壞密封件原始結構,所以安裝必須小心、仔細,嵌入須逐次分步進行。
3. 安裝方法
    1、把密封環輕微軸向拉伸；
    2、把密封環一端放置在孔或軸槽中；
    3、用手指或工具旋轉滑動密封環剩余部分,滑進槽中.
4. 密封件暫時不用時應妥善保管
    1、防老化 避光、防潮,平整放置,遠離冷熱源； 
    2、勿施壓 保持密封環自然松弛狀態,不施外力致改變其物理形狀； 
    3、 分類標示（相同外形、不同材質,使用部位、適用標準,進貨日期等等）。
