密封疊環作為其特殊產品，是利用了本身結構的漲緊性從而起到密封作用，多個使用又有迷宮式密封的特點，因此密封穩定。它主要用于高溫腐蝕等惡劣條件下的軸承等密封，用來發送惡劣環境以減少高的耗油量和改善軸承使用條件。
經過固熔磷化處理的密封疊環，表面顏色為金黃色，而非傳統的不銹鋼原色。解決了尺寸易變化，硬度高的缺點。
經過固熔磷化處理的優點是：一，去除了內應力，把變形量降到低，高溫時尺寸變化??；二，減少了硬度，增加了耐磨度，提高了使用時間。
